DELIVERY

To show our appreciation towards our community support, we offer free local delivery between Byron Bay and Gold Coast.

Delivery to all other areas within Australia is carried out by private courier.

Please see product listing for relevant estimates of delivery charges for metro areas.

Final delivery pricing is calculated once order has been placed and must be paid prior to dispatch of product. 

Once product is ready, delivery time and address will be arranged and confirmed with the customer.

Orders are unable to be redirected once the product has been dispatched. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the product is unable to be delivered, you will be billed for the additional freight charges in order for your delivery to reach you at the correct address. 

We are not a flat pack company! Each product comes ready for use as a fully assembled piece. It is crucial for you to check product dimensions prior to ordering to ensure the sizing is suitable for the intended space as well as delivery passage.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Bhavana Nook products are made specifically to order. Please choose carefully as we do not do not provide any refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

 To preserve workmanship of the manufacturer and eliminate the need for at home assembly, each Bhavana Nook product is delivered as a fully assembled piece. Therefore, it is crucial to check product dimensions to ensure the sizing will be suitable for the intended space and delivery passage. We do not offer returns or refunds due to sizing misjudgements. 

If an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please take photos clearly showing the damage and contact us immediately for us to assess your return claim.

Bhavana Nook reserves the right to refuse a return in any cases where we are not reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where the product is damaged due to prolonged wear and tear, misuse, failure to use appropriately or failure to take reasonable care. 

Damaged or faulty goods return claims must be sent via email within 48hrs of product being delivered.
